In December 2009, Alex Sadusky co-founded Dental Card Services, elevating it to a premier position within the U.S. dental credit card processing industry. His leadership has consistently focused on delivering unparalleled service, transparency, and low-cost credit card processing solutions tailored specifically for dental practices.

Alex broadened his impact in the dental industry by co-founding TruBlu Dental Management, Inc. in 2020. As CEO and a director until August 2024, he helped mold TruBlu into the largest platform for technology-driven independent dentists in the U.S., dedicated to preserving the tradition of independent dentistry and enhancing private care through above-market practice growth. Currently, he serves as a strategic advisor to Fortune Management, the foremost dental coaching platform in the United States. Alex also serves as a Senior External Advisors to ENDOPERFECTION, the creator and designer of the award winning VaryFlex® range of files which provides a high-quality, low-cost alternative to all major file systems.

Alex’s profound understanding of the dental industry is also informed by over six years at Dentsply Sirona, the world’s largest manufacturer of dental equipment and consumables. Alex was previously the Vice President, Office of the CEO and Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. In his previous roles, Alex was responsible for corporate strategy and business development, specialty markets, CAD/CAM event selling programs, and strategic projects.

Prior to joining legacy Sirona Dental, Mr. Sadusky spent over 15 years in middle-market investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and management consulting with McKinsey & Company and corporate business development with Goodrich Corporation. Mr. Sadusky has also serves McKinsey & Company as Senior External Advisor for McKinsey’s Pharmaceutical & Medical Products practice.
